The Infrastructure of Movement
VOY Holdings is the transportation division of RIKR Holdings, a privately held industrial holding company. VOY exists to consolidate, scale, and capitalize the transportation infrastructure that moves American industry — operating companies, technology platforms, and equipment assets unified under a single institutional identity.
VOY is not an operating company. VOY is the strategic layer that owns operating companies, sets long-term capital allocation, and pursues acquisitions, partnerships, and platform development across the transportation sector. We exist to build durable transportation infrastructure at holding-company scale.
We invest in and build transportation businesses that combine three characteristics: operational excellence in their category, embedded technology that compounds over time, and capital efficiency that allows for sustained reinvestment. Each operating company under VOY has a defined role in the broader portfolio — distinct enough to compete on its own merits, integrated enough to benefit from shared infrastructure.
This is a long-horizon strategy. We are not building for quick exits. We are building transportation assets designed to operate and appreciate across decades, the way industrial holding companies have built durable platforms in other sectors.
The transportation industry remains structurally underbuilt for the technology, capital, and operational discipline that modern logistics demands. Most fleets are family-operated, undercapitalized, and decades behind on the systems that drive efficiency in adjacent industries. The opportunity is to build what the industry should look like in the next twenty years — not what it has always looked like.
VOY currently holds three transportation operating companies and one technology platform, with a pipeline of additional acquisitions and internal builds under evaluation.
RYVO is a national asset-based freight carrier serving the contiguous 48 United States. Founded as an AI-first carrier, RYVO operates dry van and refrigerated freight with a fleet built around modern equipment, embedded driver intelligence systems, and a technology stack designed to scale from regional operations to national infrastructure. RYVO serves shippers across consumer goods, industrial supply, food and beverage, and specialty freight.
RYVO is a flagship operating company for the VOY portfolio. The intent is to develop RYVO into one of the most technologically advanced privately held carriers in North America, with a fleet, network, and operating system that compounds value with scale.
VOX Logistics is a freight brokerage operating company. VOX matches shipper demand with carrier capacity across the spectrum of freight types — dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, specialty, and high-touch logistics. VOX operates as a complement to RYVO within the VOY portfolio, providing brokerage capacity, market intelligence, and asset-light revenue alongside RYVO's asset-based operations.
The combination of an asset-based carrier and an asset-light brokerage gives VOY portfolio companies the ability to serve customers across the full freight cycle, including capacity scenarios where pure asset-based operations would be uneconomical.
TRAK is the transportation operating system being developed within the VOY portfolio. TRAK is designed as the unified software backbone for fleet operations — covering dispatch, driver intelligence, fleet performance, asset utilization, financial visibility, and partner integrations. TRAK will operate first as the internal platform for RYVO and VOX, with a planned external commercial release that allows independent carriers and brokerages to license TRAK as a transportation operating platform.
TRAK is the long-horizon platform play for VOY. Software platforms in transportation have historically been fragmented, dated, and built around legacy infrastructure. TRAK is being built from scratch around modern cloud architecture, AI-native workflows, and an integration model designed for the next twenty years of transportation operations.
VERA is an artificial intelligence platform under development within the VOY ecosystem. VERA functions as an embedded driver intelligence agent, supporting drivers in operational decisions, compliance, route management, and communication. VERA operates inside TRAK and surfaces as a feature within RYVO and VOX operations. A commercial release for use by independent carriers is under evaluation.
VOY operates under a defined set of principles that guide acquisitions, internal builds, and capital allocation across the portfolio.
We build operating companies that meet industrial-grade standards for safety, compliance, equipment quality, and service consistency. Transportation is a hard industry. The operating discipline we apply must match the seriousness of the work.
Every operating company in the VOY portfolio is built with embedded technology as core infrastructure, not as a layered add-on. We believe transportation companies that compound technology advantage over time will outperform those that bolt technology on after the fact.
We deploy capital with discipline. Each portfolio company must generate or be on a defined path to generating positive operating cash flow. Growth that requires unsustainable capital injection is not strategic growth.
We do not optimize for quarterly metrics. We build for ten, twenty, and thirty-year operating positions in the categories we choose to enter. This requires institutional discipline and shareholder alignment around long-term value creation.
Each operating company must be capable of standing on its own. We build for integration benefits — shared technology, shared insight, shared infrastructure — but we do not build operating companies that fail without their siblings. Portfolio strength comes from independent strength.
VOY Holdings is one division of RIKR Holdings, a privately held industrial holding company with operating companies across multiple sectors. RIKR Holdings was founded with the thesis that American industrial sectors — construction, staffing, equipment, transportation — remain structurally underbuilt for modern operating standards and that long-horizon holding company capital can build durable platforms in each.
The RIKR Holdings family includes operating companies in industrial construction (CAPRA), industrial staffing (FORCE Solutions), industrial equipment supply (VASA Equipment), and transportation (VOY Holdings and its portfolio companies). Each division of RIKR Holdings operates under independent leadership and strategy while benefiting from shared institutional capital, governance, and infrastructure.
VOY is the transportation division. Our mandate is to build the transportation portfolio that RIKR Holdings will hold for the long term.
VOY actively evaluates acquisitions and strategic partnerships across the transportation sector. We are interested in conversations with:
Operating businesses with $5M to $50M in revenue, durable customer relationships, and capable operating leadership where capital and technology investment can compound returns.
Technology platforms in transportation logistics, fleet management, driver operations, and adjacent infrastructure where integration with VOY portfolio companies creates strategic value.
Equipment fleets, terminal real estate, and supporting transportation infrastructure where ownership creates long-term operating advantages for portfolio companies.
Talent — operating leadership, technology leadership, and specialized expertise in fleet operations, freight brokerage, and transportation technology.
We move thoughtfully and we move when the strategic fit is right. We do not pursue acquisitions for portfolio expansion alone.
VOY Holdings operates with governance and oversight from RIKR Holdings' executive leadership. Each operating company under VOY has its own leadership team responsible for company-level operations, strategy, and execution. Capital allocation, acquisitions, technology platform development, and portfolio-wide strategy are managed at the VOY Holdings level.
VOY's operating philosophy emphasizes professional management at the operating company level, with institutional oversight applied at the holding level. We trust the operators we put in place to run their businesses. We hold them accountable to the operating principles and capital discipline that define VOY's approach.
